How to check if your digestive system and water level is fine or not? And if not what to do.

We all suffer from digestion problems but do you know there is a way to check if our digestive system and water level is fine or not. Yes, there is a way and it is a precaution from our body to tell us that something is wrong and to fix it before it affects us. So, let’s get to point:

For digestive system:

The way is your how your dung (poop) looks yes it may sound disgusting but it’s true. If your dung is solid then this means that your digestive system is fine and if it is not solid then this means that your large intestine or colon is not working properly as its work is to absorb all the water from food. Now you may ask what to do if that’s the case there are two steps for it:

  1. Stop eating excessive junk food as it stops the production of biotin which is good bacteria that helps the food to get digest properly and drink more water.
  2. Do some regular exercises like sit-ups, cycling, running, jogging.

     


For kidney and hydration:

To know if your water level is fine or not is to check the color of your urine yes it also sounds disgusting but it is also true. Now, if the color is yellowish it means that your body water level is less than normal the normal level is when your urine is colorless or like water. The urine becomes yellow because of uric acid in your kidneys that gets mixed with urine as a waste and if the water level less the acid doesn’t get diluted and that is why you feel itchiness after peeing and if this continues you can have a risk of kidney problems like
kidney stones as water stops the formation of crystals that stick together in your kidney to form large stones.

Solution: drink at least 2litre of water every day in both summer and winter as body water need remains same throughout the year same goes for people with dehydration problems.

Sleep problems and ways get rid of them.

Sleep problems are caused by stress, depression, anxiety and many more. Sleep problems can cause very bad effect on body physically as well as mentally. Sleep problems can cause insomnia and other problems .Running, brisk walking, cycling, and swimming, have been shown to improve sleep and battle insomnia.

These 3 yoga poses are going to help you get rid of all problems.

  1. Chandra Bhedana

     

    Traditionally, the left nostril is associated with the body’s cooling energy and the right with its heat.
    This left-nostril pranayama practice focusing the mind away from stress.
    It massages the organs that activate the onset of sleep, signaling your vagus nerve to send messages to the brain to relax.

     

    Sit in a comfortable position and make Mrigi Mudra (Deer Seal) with your right hand by bending your index and middle finger to your palm, leaving your ring and small finger extended.

    Close your right nostril by your thumb and inhale through your left nostril. Then release your thumb and close your left nostril with your ring finger, exhaling through your right nostril. Do this for 5 minutes or until you feel calm.


     

  2. Padangusthasana

     

    This exercise stimulates the liver and kidney in the back body. It activates the parasympathetic system that helps to release tension and putting the body to sleep.

    Stand up with your feet hip-width apart. Gently fold forward from your hips and grip your big toes with your index finger, middle finger and thumb of each hand. Bend your elbow and actively ground your feet into earth, keeping your head down to relax your head and neck. Breathe deeply and hold for 1 to 3 minutes.

    Agnistambhasana

     


     

    Sit according to the picture as this will actively focus on releasing tension in your hips, your body will respond by releasing tension in other muscle groups preparing you for a relaxing night sleep.

Exercises to control your anger , stress and anxiety in 5 minutes.

Anger can cause a lot of damage to your physical as well as your mental health.

Stress and anxiety are the main reasons for anger and in this fast life everyone always got stress So, if you want to get rid of them then.Do these 4 exercises regularly for 5 minutes.

1.hold the black area on your middle finger on both sides and slowly breathe in and out for 1 minute.

2.place you finger on the red point and apply pressure on it and again breathe in and out slowly for 2 minutes.

3.massage with your finger on the point between your eyebrows slowly and breathe in and out for 1 minute.

4.apply pressure on the point between the centre of your nipples and breathe in and out for 1 minute.

Gas problem, these exercise is definitely going to solve your problem.

Gas problem can cause pain in back and  arms .

Symptoms

Signs or symptoms of gas or gas pains include:

  • Burping
  • Passing gas
  • Pain, cramps or a knotted feeling in your abdomen
  • A feeling of fullness or pressure in your abdomen (bloating)
  • An observable increase in the size of your abdomen (distention)

1.massage the red points slowly with your thumb on both foot to relax the vagus and pharynx nerves

2.lightly trace the oesophagus in a downward motion

3.massage the stomach in a downward motion

4.massage the small intestine by drawing a clockwise spiral.

5.stimulate the large intestine according to the image.

6.on the inner edge of the boundary massage the anus.

Follow these steps carefully and slowly to get rid of gas and stomach problem and repeat these 5 times a day.

3 exercises to keep all leg problems away

If you want to get rid of all your leg problems then do these 5 exercises and get back on your feet again .

1.bend your foot and then move them clockwise & anti-clockwise and do it 5 times for 10 minutes a day as it helps to reduce the pressure on the foot nerves.

2. Sit and straight your legs and start pounding them on the ground for 10 times for 2 min a day.

3. Now start massaging your knee cap for 5 minutes as it helps to increase your blood flow in your nerves and also relaxes your leg muscles.
