3 exercises to keep all leg problems away

If you want to get rid of all your leg problems then do these 5 exercises and get back on your feet again .

1.bend your foot and then move them clockwise & anti-clockwise and do it 5 times for 10 minutes a day as it helps to reduce the pressure on the foot nerves.

2. Sit and straight your legs and start pounding them on the ground for 10 times for 2 min a day.

3. Now start massaging your knee cap for 5 minutes as it helps to increase your blood flow in your nerves and also relaxes your leg muscles.
